Generative content

Using & selling AI-generated assets

Draft summary — the final, legally-reviewed version will replace this. It governs the premium (“terms apply”) generators; the standard generators use openly-licensed models and aren't covered by this gate.

The short version

You may use assets you generate here inside the apps, sites, stores, and games you build and sell on Joisk. Some of our higher-quality generators use third-party AI models whose providers attach conditions — by using them you agree to pass those conditions through to anything you ship.

What you agree to for these generators

  • Use generated assets inside a finished product (a game/app/site) — not resold on their own as raw asset packs, sound libraries, or model files.
  • Don't use the outputs to train, fine-tune, or build a competing AI model.
  • Don't generate a real person's voice or likeness, or copyrighted characters/trademarks, without the right to do so.
  • Don't remove or alter any provenance/watermark (e.g. SynthID) embedded by a provider.
  • Disclose AI-generated content where the law requires it.

What we don't promise

AI output isn't guaranteed to be unique, and purely AI-generated content may not be protectable by copyright — so while you can use and sell it, you may not be able to stop others from copying it. You're responsible for what you generate and ship.
