Using & selling AI-generated assets

The short version
You may use assets you generate here inside the apps, sites, stores, and games you build and sell on Joisk. Some of our higher-quality generators use third-party AI models whose providers attach conditions — by using them you agree to pass those conditions through to anything you ship.
What you agree to for these generators
- Use generated assets inside a finished product (a game/app/site) — not resold on their own as raw asset packs, sound libraries, or model files.
- Don't use the outputs to train, fine-tune, or build a competing AI model.
- Don't generate a real person's voice or likeness, or copyrighted characters/trademarks, without the right to do so.
- Don't remove or alter any provenance/watermark (e.g. SynthID) embedded by a provider.
- Disclose AI-generated content where the law requires it.
What we don't promise
AI output isn't guaranteed to be unique, and purely AI-generated content may not be protectable by copyright — so while you can use and sell it, you may not be able to stop others from copying it. You're responsible for what you generate and ship.
